Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original velvet pouch or gift box, ensuring it is securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return mailer.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our gemologists inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
